Holidot Game Disclaimer

General conditions
By taking part in the Game the entrant agrees to the conditions set out below.
This Game is organised by Holidot.com, Zernikepark 12, 9747 AN Groningen, Chamber of Commerce number 02082347.

Participation
- Entrants take part in the game free of charge and without any obligation to make use of the services of Holidot.com.
- Those taking part in the Game may obtain a code that is redeemable for Holidots at the website and can be spent in the webshop of Holidot.com. This code must be linked to an existing e-mail address that is submitted via the website (www.holidot.com).
- The Game runs from 1 February to 31 July.
- The deadline for taking part in the game is 31 July at 24.00 hours. Holidot will not accept any further entries after that time, and it will no longer be possible to compete for the prizes.
- Employees of Holidot.com and parties involved in the game organisation are excluded for entry.
- Entrants must be at least 16 years of age.
Personal data / privacy
- The entrant gives permission for the details he or she has been submitted to be used. Holidot will process those details in accordance with its Privacy Policy http://www.holidot.com/privacy/ and the relevant laws and regulations.
- Holidot will also use the personal details for the purpose of communication about the Game, including correspondence with the prize winner or winners. Entrants to this Game can make a request to inspect or have their details deleted and/or corrected by sending an e-mail to that effect to game@holidot.com. Other e-mails will only be sent with the permission of the entrant. The entrant can at all times withdraw that permission by sending an e-mail to that effect to info@holidot.com.
- In the event of the ownership of Holidot.com being transferred (in full or in part), Holidot.com reserves the right to issue the entrants' details to a different company.

Prizes and determination of winners
- Holidot Game is played to obtain a code that can be redeemed at www.holidot.com/webshop. The entrant uses the mouse to fly the Holidude over the clouds in Europe. The idea is for the Holidude to catch as many Holidots as possible on the way. Once the logo has been filled with Holidots, the entrant is awarded points corresponding to the number of Holidots caught. These points are equal to the number of Holidots the entrant can redeem for prizes.
- The entrant is entitled to one code after playing and entering his own e-mail address. After the second time the code can only be obtained if the entrant leaves his own e-mail address and three e-mail addresses of friends. This last step can be carried out without any limit. The entrant guarantees that the details he has entered are correct, current and complete and that he is entitled and where necessary has permission to provide those details to Holidot.com. The entrant indemnifies Holidot.com against the claims of third-parties in that regard.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
- Prizes will be made available by Holidot.com. Holidot.com will see to the settlement of the code and the prizes obtained from the webshop.
- The Holidots that have been won can be redeemed for prizes in the webshop. However, each prize can only be won once by each entrant.
- The assigned code is in the name of the holder of the e-mail address. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash.
- Holidot.com reserves the right to disqualify or refuse entrants at any time and without giving reasons, or to refuse to issue prizes, in cases where for example the entrant has violated one of these conditions or has submitted incomplete or incorrect information. Holidot.com reserves the right to refuse to issue prizes or to change the prizes if it becomes impossible to issue the prizes for any reason whatsoever.
- The entrant hereby grants permission for and agrees to cooperate with any publication of the result and the details of the prize winner or winners.

Liability
- Holidot.com and the assistants it has engaged or third-parties cannot be held liable for any losses arising from this Game.
- Holidot.com cannot in any manner be held liable for problems or faults arising from viewing the website and playing the Holidot Game and/or any faults in the sending of the result.
- Holidot.com cannot be held liable for (the consequences of) any defects in the prizes made available by third-parties.

Applicable law
- The game and these conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in relation to the game and these conditions shall be referred for adjudication exclusively to the court with competent jurisdiction in Amsterdam.
